AlphaSTEM® Naïve iPSC Line, Male

Description

AlphaSTEM® Naïve iPSC Line, Male is a zero-footprint, viral-integration-free human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line derived from newborn foreskin fibroblasts. These cells have the gene expression signature of naive state cells and have a stable karyotype for over 50 passages when cultured in the AlphaSTEM® media system. In addition, these cells express all typical pluripotency markers and form teratomas containing tissues from all three germlines. These cells have been shown to differentiate into cardiomyocytes, neural cells and hepatocytes.
