AlphaSTEM® Naïve iPSC Line, Female

Description

AlphaSTEM® Naïve iPSC Line, Female is a zero-footprint, viral-integration-free human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). These cells have the gene expression signature of naive state cells and have a stable karyotype for over 50 passages when cultured in the AlphaSTEM® media system. In addition, these cells have two active X chromosomes, express all typical pluripotency markers and form teratomas containing tissues from all three germlines. These cells have been shown to differentiate into cardiomyocytes, neural cells and hepatocytes.
