Worthington Collagenase Type 4 is a low-tryptic-activity collagenase preparation designed to help minimize damage to cell-surface proteins and receptors while maintaining normal to above-normal collagenase activity. It is particularly suitable for the isolation of primary pancreatic islets and other applications requiring gentle tissue dissociation. A dialyzed, lyophilized powder.
