Worthington Collagenase Type 1 preserves the original balance of collagenase, caseinase, clostripain, and tryptic activities. This formulation is suitable for the dissociation of adipose, adrenal, epithelial, liver, and lung tissue.

Available Preparations and Pack Sizes
Collagenase Type 1 is available unfiltered (CLS-1) (see below) and as a 0.22 µm membrane-filtered preparation (CLSS-1) – the filtered version is a standard precaution in primary cell isolation workflows to reduce the risk of contamination.
Preparations are stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored as recommended.
