DermaLife – Basal Medium

Description

DermaLife – Keratinocyte Basal Medium is optimized for the culture of Human Dermal Epithelial Cells (including Keratinocytes, Adult Melanocytes, and Neonatal Melanocytes), and Human Oral Keratinocytes.
Lifeline^® optimized culture media contain no antimicrobials and no phenol red, since these components can cause cell stress and “masking effects” that may influence experimental results.
DermaLife Basal Medium requires the appropriate LifeFactors^® to promote guaranteed proliferation and function of cells.

DermaLife may be used with these LifeFactors^® Kits:
DermaLife Ma LifeFactors^® Kit: LS-1063 (for use with adult melanocytes)
DermaLife M LifeFactors^® Kit: LS-1041 (for use with neonatal melanocytes)
