Human iPSC-Derived Hematopoietic Stem Cells for Immunology and Disease Research

Human iPSC-derived hematopoietic stem cells (iHSCs) provide a renewable and standardized in vitro model for studying blood development, immune function, hematopoiesis, and hematological disorders. Generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), these early hematopoietic progenitors closely mimic key characteristics of native hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and support both basic and translational research applications.

Characterized by robust expression of hematopoietic markers such as CD34 and CD43, iPSC-derived HSCs are validated for their differentiation potential into multiple blood and immune cell lineages, including NK cells, T cells, macrophages, monocytes, and microglia. This enables reliable investigation of hematopoietic development, immune regulation, and lineage-specific cellular functions.

Healthy control and patient-derived iHSCs support disease modeling, mechanistic studies, and therapeutic development for hematological and immune-related disorders. Human iPSC-derived hematopoietic stem cells are ideally suited for hematology research, immunology studies, disease modeling, drug screening, gene editing applications, and regenerative medicine, providing a consistent cellular platform for advanced biomedical research.
