Description
Cytus™ Blue is a ready-to-use Hoechst 33342-based nuclear stain for rapid visualization of cell nuclei in live or fixed cells. Delivers bright blue fluorescence with high contrast, enabling fluorescence microscopy, imaging assays, and flow cytometry across diverse mammalian cell types.
Cytus™ Blue is a ready-to-use nuclear staining solution based on Hoechst 33342, a bis-benzimide dye that binds to the minor groove of DNA. It produces bright blue/cyan fluorescence (Ex/Em ~350/454 nm), enabling high-contrast visualization of nuclei across a wide range of mammalian cell types.
The dye is membrane permeable, allowing efficient staining of both live and fixed cells. Cytus™ Blue integrates seamlessly into fluorescence microscopy, plate-based assays, and flow cytometry workflows, making it a flexible tool for imaging and quantitative analysis.
