Worthington Collagenase Type 3 offers typical collagenase activity with lower levels of secondary proteases and other proteolytic contaminants. It is particularly suitable for the isolation of primary mammary cells.

Available Preparations and Pack Sizes
Collagenase Type 3 is available unfiltered (CLS-3) (see below) and as a 0.22 µm membrane-filtered preparation (CLSS-3) – the filtered version is a standard precaution in primary cell isolation workflows to reduce the risk of contamination.
Preparations are stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored as recommended.
