- Solubility:It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Placental Growth Hormone in 0.4% NaHCO3or water adjusted to pH 11, not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
- Stability:Lyophilized Growth Hormone 20K Placental although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution and filter sterilization GH 20K pl can be stored at 4°C for up to 4 weeks. For long term storage and more diluted solutions it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
