This Calcium-Free Basal Medium with Lifeline^® Calcium Chloride supplement gives you the ability to vary the Ca⁺ concentration to meet your experimental needs.
Recommended range of final calcium concentration is 0.02 mM to 0.15 mM depending upon cell type.
Lifeline^® DermaLife Calcium-Free Basal Medium contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red.
DermaLife Calcium-Free Basal Medium requires the appropriate LifeFactors^® to promote guaranteed proliferation and function of cells.

DermaLife K supports the growth of Human Epidermal Keratinocytes and Human Oral Keratinocytes over a period of at least 15 population doublings.
