Description
Cytus™ Red selectively stains dead or membrane-compromised cells by intercalating into nucleic acids, producing bright red fluorescence upon binding. Together, these dyes provide a robust and widely validated method for viability assessment across a range of experimental systems.
Also availabel: The Cytus™ Green / Red Cell Viability Kit is a dual-color fluorescence assay designed for rapid and reliable assessment of live and dead cells. It combines Cytus™ Green Calcein AM for viable cells with Cytus™ Red Propidium Iodide for non-viable cells, enabling simultaneous discrimination within mixed populations.
