Bone Marrow Mononuclear cells (BMMCs) undergo immunomagnetic isolation to deplete CD34+ cells. This preparation encompasses non-CD34+ cells, comprising e.g. B and T cell populations. Employ this product as an initial stage for subsequent isolations where CD34 cells are not the focal point.
