Description
CD34+ stem cells are multipotent cells that can be found in human umbilical cord blood. These cells have the capacity to differentiate to all blood cell types. CD34, a glycosylated transmembrane protein, functions as a marker for hematopoietic stem cells and primitive blood- and bone marrow-derived progenitor cells.
For an overview of available hematopoietic cells and isolated subsets from all available sources (leukapheresis, periperal blood, cord blood, bone marrow and iPSC-derived), see the product list: Human Hematopoietic Cells (click).
