Description

Lifeline® normal Human Seminal Vesicle Epithelial Cells, when grown in Lifeline® ProstaLife™ Medium, provide an ideal serum- and retinoic acid-free culture model for studying androgen signaling and the normal biology of the male reproductive epithelium.
Seminal Vesicle Epithelial Cells are plated and expanded in culture vessels twice before being harvested for cryopreservation to ensure the highest viability and plating efficiency.
Our Seminal Vesicle Epithelial Cells are quality-tested in ProstaLife™ Medium to ensure optimal serum-free growth over a period of at least 15 populaton doublings at rates equal to or greater than serum-supplemented media.
Lifeline® cells are not exposed to antimicrobials or phenol red when cultured in Lifeline® ProstaLife™ Medium. Lifeline® offers antimicrobials and phenol red, but they aren’t required for eukaryotic cell proliferation.
Seminal Vesicle Cells are extensively tested and guaranteed for quality and performance.
