Chromatographically purified for higher specific activity. Same as Code: ZF except assayed using NAD. Phosphohexose isomerase, phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, adenylate kinase and creatine phosphokinase contaminant activities 0.02%, 0.003%, 0.002% and 0.002% respectively. A suspension in 3.7M ammonium sulfate.

Unit Definition: One Unit reduces one micromole of NAD per minute at 30°C, pH 7.8, using glucose-6-phosphate as substrate.
