Description

You are interested in engineering a conditional knock-out (CKO) in your gene of interest (GOI), we match the iPSC genome editing technology to your project goals.

Workflow of an iPSC genome editing service

We support your project from start to finish, whether you only need iPSC genome editing or would like a complete iPSC workflow from reprogramming to differentiation.

Your service begins before you even sign a quote, by meeting with our technical team to understand your project goals and develop a project strategy.

After your quote is signed, we’ll have a kick-off meeting where we verify project objectives, tasks, and timelines.

We can start with an iPSC line you provide, one of our in-house iPSC lines, such as our our ActiCells™ GMP hiPSCs, or custom reprogram an iPSC line for you.

During the editing process—which is conducted from start to finish in our California facilities—we keep you updated on project status and are fully transparent about any challenges that arise.

We maintain pluripotency maintained throughout the genome editing process using high-end cell culture reagents and optimized protocols

Once the iPSC gene editing is complete, we perform rigorous QC analyses to confirm the gene edit(s) and clonal stability. We can also run additional characterizations such as to confirm pluripotency.
