Description

Animal Free (AF) Types AFA, AFB, and AFC collagenases are derived from cultures grown in medium completely devoid of animal-based components and are specifically designed for bioprocessing and tissue dissociation applications where the introduction of potential animal-derived pathogens must be prevented.
Animal Free Collagenase Type C (Code: CLSAFCS) has especially low tryptic activity similar to Type 4 collagenase.
Collagenase, Animal Origin-Free (Code: CLSAFCS) is supplied as a lyophilized powder, filtered through a 0.22 micron membrane.
