The Molecular Biology Grade RNase A (Code: RPDF) is particularly suited for nucleic acid work, ensuring minimal DNase and Protease activities, ideal for scenarios requiring intact protein recovery. Additionally, RNase A is available as recombinant enzyme produced in Pichia pastoris. It is Animal Free, DNase and Protease Free as well as Chromatographically purified (Code: RRA1). In addition, it is offered in Bioproccess Grade (Code: RRA2). RNase B, the glycosylated variant of RNase A, presents as a mixture of RNase A and RNase B.

Ribonuclease T1, an endoribonuclease, exhibits remarkable specificity by targeting RNA or deaminated RNA for cleavage, specifically recognizing and cleaving at guanylic acid sites. Its action results in the release of oligonucleotides from the guanosine 3′-phosphate termini of single-stranded RNA molecules. Widely utilized in molecular cloning and DNA sequencing, Ribonuclease T1 is prized for its precision, making it a staple enzyme in elucidating RNA structure, nearest neighbor frequencies, and RNA sequencing. Additionally, it finds utility in synthesizing nucleoside 2′,3′-cyclic phosphates, oligonucleotide production, and removing RNA from DNA preparations.

Ribonuclease T2 is an endonucleases found across a diverse range of microbial, plant, and animal species. Our RNAse T2 is a highly purified recombinant enzyme derived from Aspergillus oryzae, produced using Pichia pastoris. In contrast to Aspergillus oryzae Ribonuclease T1, which specifically targets guanylic acid, RNase T2-like enzymes exhibit broad specificity across RNA bases. This versatility makes Ribonuclease T2 a valuable tool for 3’ RNA analysis and RNase protection assays in various research applications.

We offer RNase A, T1 and T2 animal-free (LINK), as well as DNase and Protease free. Ribonuclease A and T1 are available chromatograhpically purified (Code: R, RT1S and RT1L). Ribonuclease A is also available in Bioprocess grade (Code: RRA2).

Ribonucleic Acids consist of nucleotides joined together by 3′,5′-phosphodiester bonds, forming long-chain polymers. We provide primarily ribosomal RNA isolated from Baker’s Yeast, a suitable substrate for ribonuclease assays.
