Available Now: Normal Human Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells

Normal Human Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells (#FC-0053), are isolated from human heart tissue, expanded three times, and cryopreserved at the earliest passage to ensure maximum viability, purity, and plating efficiency.
When cultured in VascuLife® VEGF-Mv Microvascular Endothelial Growth Medium Complete Kit (#LL-0005), these human primary cells provide an excellent low-serum model for studying angiogenesis, atherosclerosis, and vascular biology.
The Human Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells are cultured without antimicrobials or phenol red in VascuLife® Media. For convenience, a vial of Gentamicin and Amphotericin B (GA; #LS-1104) is included with the VascuLife® VEGF-Mv Microvascular Endothelial Growth Medium Complete Kit (#LL-0005), to prevent fungal or bacterial contamination of eukaryotic cell cultures. Phenol red (#LS-1009) is also available separately, although not necessary for cell proliferation.
