Description
Applied StemCell’s Human Dopaminergic Neuron Kit contains cryo-preserved, pre-differentiated mature and functional dopaminergic neurons derived from a footprint-free, karyotype normal human iPSC line (ASE-9110). The cells show extensive neurite outgrowth and proper neuronal morphology, as well as, expression of neuronal and dopaminergic markers (>80% neurons, >30% TH+ dopaminergic neurons and < 15% GFAP+ astrocytes) as characterized by immunocytochemical staining and whole genome profiling. Our optimized, serum-free Dopa Maintenance media (ASE-9323CM) promotes and maintains robust and functionally active dopamiergic neurons for all your experimental needs.
