Applied StemCell’s Mature Astrocyte cells (ASE-9322MF) contain  cryo-preserved, mature astrocytes derived from a footprint-free, karyotype normal human iPSC line (ASE-9110). It is designed for customers requiring mature astrocytes for in vitro experiments. Use with ASC’s optimized astrocyte maintenance medium and supplements. The cell population contains = 80% Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein (GFAP) positive astrocytes and = 15% Tuj-1 positive neurons (neuronal class III ß-tubulin).
